Create permanent bash alias in Ubuntu
- Create .bash_aliases file in
~/
(home directory). - To see hidden file in
~/
:
a. Nautillus file manager can usectrl + h
keyboard shorcut.
b. Dolphin file manager can usealt + .
.
Example .bash_aliases :
Instead sudo apt-get install
user can just type agi
in the terminal.
